Don't you hate it when life gets in the way of blogging? haha

Life has been a little busy around here. Wedding season has officially started for me and I've got a couple of personal projects I'm working on too.

Add to that planning Izzy's party, maybe I'll have time to blog again in a few weeks. gaahhh!

This photo was taken 2 weeks ago when I spent a weekend with the family in a gorgeous cottage in Featherston. I had been wanting to post a few more photos here, but like I said -- it's been a little busy around here. I did manage to post a few on candycapco.com, so do check it out. 

My little girl is turning 6 in 2 weeks. Yes 2 weeks. 

Life is moving way too fast.

Countdown starts

In less than a month my baby is turning 6. Yes. 6. I can't believe it myself. 

Wasn't it just yesterday when I laid my eyes on her for the first time?

Time, you need to slow down. Seriously. 

We're giving her a party this year. It's her wish and since we are planning to celebrate her 7th with family in Europe next year I thought I'll have to give her a lovely party.

Yesterday, I ordered her invites. The inspiration was everything pretty, pink, buntings and polka dots.

Weekend iphone snapshots

My week was pretty much spent in bed with a box of tissue.

I can't remember anymore when the last time I had the flu that bad, but let's just say that I never want to have it again. EVER!

On a brighter note, the weekend was pretty incredible and was spent mostly with the family.

I have been seeing a lot of polka dots lately.. and really, who doesn't think they're adorable?

That J. Crew dress on the left is screaming my name but it's a little pricey for my liking.

I'm craving for Spring now, thank goodness it's only a month away now. 

I'm so over winter already. Can't wait to wear dresses and skirts without tights.
